Coffee vs tea – if you are wondering what’s best to get your day started, you are not alone!  Wonder why every office or conference room has a welcoming coffee/tea station or a breakroom? In Canada or even worldwide, every nook and corner there’s a coffee shop in a five-mile radius. The highly debated topic has been in discussion over the years. Coffee for productivity

Caffeine like every other stimulant helps increase energy and improve performance. It helps you stay alert and reduces fatigue. When it comes to processing information, response rime, proofreading tasks, coffee helps improve your performance drastically. Caffeine is also a great improve the speed and accuracy of delivery. 

Although coffee helps improve your productivity, the higher caffeine content can also impact your sleep patterns heavily. If you are sensitive to caffeine, three to four cups of coffee a day can overstimulate your body and may make it difficult to get sound sleep.
